Empower yourself with therapy.
It is not always easy to overcome challenges and embrace change, but it is possible, and we are here to help.
Helping You Thrive
We know starting therapy can be hard, but we’re honored you’re here. We welcome you on this journey of growth and healing with compassion and unconditional acceptance.
It might be uncomfortable to share those thoughts you haven’t said out loud, feelings you haven’t named, or behaviors you’re unsure about. We know that therapy can seem scary and being vulnerable is not always easy. We are committed to honoring your bravery by offering a warm and comfortable space where you can truly be authentic and where you will always be accepted.
Therapy is not “one-size-fits-all’ and our goal is to provide a space that is uniquely suited for you. Each therapy session is culturally affirming, evidence-based, and tailored to meet individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. The most difficult obstacles can be overcome with support and guidance and it is our hope to walk with you through your journey, no matter how long or difficult it may be.

Change Starts With a Single Step
Step 1: Complete consultation: request with your contact information. You will receive a follow up email within 3-5 business days with instructions to schedule your initial consultation and confirm payment method.
Step 2. Initial Consultation: This is a chance for you to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, brief history, and treatment goals. You will also have a chance to ask questions about the therapist’s approach and experience.
Step 3. Consent and History: Before beginning therapy, you will need to sign consent forms outlining your rights as a client, ethical guidelines, and practice polices. You will also complete an intake form to gather information about your concerns and history.
Step 4. Intake appointment: During this first appointment, you will be asked to complete intake paperwork. This paperwork will typically collect information about your medical history, mental health history, and current symptoms.
Step 5. Therapy Sessions: The therapeutic process will vary depending on the therapist and your needs but will include individualized, compassionate, and culturally affirming care.
